Kenji is the first kid to fall into the Dreamscape. He is a dull kid without much going on in his life, to the point that even his nightmares are cliches.
Personality
Kenji is a quiet boy, and when he does speak, it’s usually more to himself than others. He is fairly reserved with acceptably low ambitions. He is so plain that after entering the Dreamscape, the attire he subconsiously made for himself was an almost cartoonish set of pajamas.
History
Early Life
Before entering the Dreamscape, Kenji was the most average Japanese boy you would ever meet and most likely forget: studied a lot because his parents pressured him, occasionally played video games and read manga if it was popular enough for him to know about it, and played right field for his local junior baseball club. He has a few close friends, but most people at his school wouldn’t even notice he was missing if he didn’t show up one day.
The Dreamscape Dilemma
One day while playing baseball, Kenji suddenly collapsed into a strange coma. Although it seemed like an inexplicable ailment to everyone else, Kenji drifted down into the realm where consciousness arises: the Dreamscape. He had no clue what had happened to him yet, but he awoke in his own nightmare and had to navigate it to survive.
