Introduction
Welcome to the Ex Dynamis Chaos Trading Card Game, where the number one goal is spiraling out of control into total chaos! Mr. Terzich has thought long and hard about just how he would make his own trading card game and what manner of ruleset it would have, but one thing kept striking him hard in the process: why is it that most card games are just about making your opponent reach zero or some other manner of defeating them as such? Sure, that is definitely fun and we’ve all enjoyed that, but wouldn’t it be fun for a change to reach for the stars and leave your opponent in the dust for a change instead? So that’s what we are doing!
The main goal of the EDK TCG is to achieve the highest score possible with your deck within the agreed-upon cycle count while interfering with your opponent’s ability to do the same. Most games will take place across either five, ten, or fifteen cycles, where each player will take a turn. Once the last turn is taken, whoever has the most points wins. Simple as that… or is it?
